Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking outside sales representatives to conduct in-home inspections, educate homeowners, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions. This full-time, W-2 role offers company-generated leads, extensive training, and an opportunity to build a personal book of business in North America's leader in foundation solutions.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based or in-home sales environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections and meet homeowners.
• Leverage warm leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose issues and educate homeowners on foundation repair and water management options.
• Estimate repairs and present homeowners with proposals.
• Close sales in-home and maintain customer relationships.
