Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners, inspect properties, and propose customized foundation repair and water management solutions. You will travel within your territory, leverage company leads, and build a personal book of business in a consultative, in-home selling role.

Earn uncapped commissions with a clear advancement path and extensive field training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in commission-based or direct-to-consumer sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within your sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Use warm pre-qualified leads to build and maintain your book of business.
• Educate homeowners on foundation, moisture, and water management issues and propose solutions.
• Prepare estimates and customized repair proposals.
• Close sales with customers in their homes and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain relationships with customers and report to the local sales team.
