Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home consultations and sell customized repair solutions across an assigned territory. You’ll inspect homes, propose fixes, and close deals with homeowners while building lasting relationships.

This role offers uncapped commission, on-the-job training, and advancement opportunities within a renowned brand. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based sales is a plus.
• Experience in in-home, B2C or construction-related sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and educate on solution options.
• Close sales in the home and manage lead pipeline.
• Report to the branch for team initiatives and meetings.
