Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will meet directly with homeowners for in-home inspections and educate them on foundation repair and water management solutions. You will build trusted relationships, leverage warm leads, and close sales in the home.

Training is provided and top earners achieve substantial compensation through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and educate on options, then present generated proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home and maintain relationships for future opportunities.
