Job summary
Groundworks in Miami seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in our foundation solutions portfolio. You will meet homeowners in their homes, assess needs, and present customized repair and water management options using our proven systems.
This role offers uncapped commission and a robust training program, with company-generated leads and regional travel. You’ll build a personal book of business, develop consultative relationships, and advance within a growth-oriented,
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial attitude and drive to perform in a results-oriented environment.
- Experience in direct sales, preferably in home services or B2C settings.
- Familiarity with commission-based earnings and indoor/outdoor sales environments.
- Experience in consumer-facing sales (B2C) is beneficial.
- Experience selling in-home is a plus.
- Background in construction or home improvement is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
- Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
- Diagnose homeowner issues and educate on repair options.
- Estimate repairs and present generated job proposals.
- Close sales with customers in-home and build relationships.
- Track sales pipeline and report to the branch team.
