Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home consultations and build a book of business within an assigned territory. You will assess foundation and water management needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales at the homeowner’s residence.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience or a strong customer-focused mindset, with compensation featuring uncapped commissions and robust training. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on foundation issues and water management options.
• Prepare estimates and personalized repair proposals.
• Close sales with customers in their homes.
• Maintain relationships with customers and follow up on opportunities.
