Floor Coverings International of Hutto is seeking an energetic In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to visit clients at their homes, guide selections, and coordinate installations with our team.

With 3–5+ years in home or outside sales, strong communication, independence, and a drive to exceed targets, you can earn a base plus commissions. High earners often reach six figures, with flexible full-time hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in homes to discuss flooring projects.
• Use the sales system with tablet and software.
• Serve as primary contact for flooring service inquiries.
• Coordinate installation schedules with the Office Manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build referral sources.
