Floor Coverings International of Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Rep/Design Associate to meet with homeowners, assess flooring needs, and guide them to the best flooring solution. The role emphasizes a strong sales background, customer-centric service, and the ability to manage complex projects with a focus on results.

The position offers a strong base plus commission, paid training, and flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience as a sales specialist for In-Home/Outside sales.
• Knowledge of home improvements - flooring experience.
• Proven experience building and managing a $1M+ book of business.
• Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with homeowners using company and self-generated leads to assess flooring needs.
• Recommend and sell flooring solutions that fit client budgets and goals.
• Provide excellent customer experience from consultative product selection to installation.
