Floor Coverings International – Vancouver is seeking an ambitious In-Home Sales Consultant to turn flooring projects into six-figure careers. You’ll receive qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and top-tier tools to close sales in clients’ homes.

Bring 3–5+ years in in-home flooring sales, a hunter mindset, strong negotiation and relationship skills, plus a valid driver’s license. This full-time role offers base plus uncapped commission, company car, and paid training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in in-home/outside flooring sales.
• Must have hunter mentality and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort presenting to clients and speaking with confidence.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available for evenings and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their space to understand vision and budget.
• Present flooring solutions that fit both aesthetics and practicality.
• Close sales and coordinate scheduling with installation teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
