Job summary

Floor Coverings International in Hutto seeks an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to meet with clients in their homes, discuss flooring projects, and guide them through our design and installation process.

You will use a sales system on tablet and laptop to close deals, manage inquiries, and build lasting relationships with customers while enjoying a flexible full-time schedule and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales.
• Drive to exceed sales targets with a competitive mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to discuss flooring projects.
• Utilize the sales system with a tablet, laptop, and software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for flooring service inquiries.
• Coordinate installation schedules with the Office Manager.
• Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the Install Manager.
• Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate referral sources.
