Job summary

Youth Villages seeks a dedicated Family Intervention Specialist to work in home-based settings across Tennessee. You will carry a caseload of 4–6 families, conduct regular sessions, and collaborate with courts and providers to build a collaborative treatment plan.

The role requires frequent travel, on-call crisis support, and accurate EMR documentation. A Master’s in social services is preferred, with a Bachelor’s accepted; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s in a social services field (preferred) or a Bachelor’s in a related field (required).
• Experience with at-risk youth or families is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions 3 times a week.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development (3 meetings).
• Drives 60–80 miles to meet families in homes/communities.
• Provides on-call crisis support and completes EMR documentation.
