Job summary

Youth Villages in Brady, KY is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to provide intensive, home-based support to 4–6 families. You will conduct individual and family sessions three times weekly, assess youth needs, and help families build evidence-based parenting and communication skills.

The role requires travel up to 60–80 miles, collaboration with providers and courts, on-call crisis support, and careful documentation in an EMR.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a social services discipline required.
• Experience with at-risk youth and/or families preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions with each family 3 times a week.
• Attends 3 weekly meetings for professional development.
• Drives up to 60 to 80 miles to meet with families in their homes.
• Provides on-call crisis support to youth and family.
