Job summary

Youth Villages is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to deliver in-home, strength-based services to youth and families. You will manage a caseload of 4–6 families and conduct regular sessions in homes and communities, coordinating with schools, courts, and providers.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in social services and a valid driver's license; a master's degree is preferred. Expect travel, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline is required.
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with at-risk youth or families is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Conduct individual and family sessions 3 times weekly.
• Assess youth needs from a strengths-based perspective.
• Attend weekly team and clinical meetings for development.
• Travel to meet families in homes and communities (60–80 miles).
• Collaborate with providers, case workers, and courts on treatment plans.
• Provide on-call crisis support as needed.
• Document in EMR accurately and timely.
