Job summary

Youth Villages in Ohio is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to support families in their homes and communities. You will manage a caseload of 4 to 6 families, conduct sessions, and assess youth needs from a strength-based perspective.

Travel up to 60–80 miles may be required as you collaborate with providers, case workers, and courts to build a coordinated treatment plan, while documenting in an EMR system and providing on-call crisis support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in a social services discipline; Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families in volunteer, internship, or paid roles preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred; strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 4–6 families and conduct individual and family sessions (3 times a week).
• Attend weekly meetings for professional development and booster trainings; provide on-call crisis support.
• Complete ongoing youth assessments and document in an EMR system; collaborate with providers, case workers, and courts.
• Travel up to 60–80 miles to meet families in their homes and communities; support coordinated treatment planning.
