Job summary

Youth Villages is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to conduct in‑home services with 4–6 families, delivering strength-based, solution-focused support. The role involves regular family sessions, collaborative planning with providers and courts, and on‑call crisis support within the community.

The incumbent will attend professional development meetings, complete accurate EMR documentation, and travel up to 60–80 miles as needed to serve families in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field at time of application.
• Master’s degree in a clinical field is preferred and valued.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions 3 times weekly.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development.
• Provides on-call crisis support to youth and family.
• Completes accurate documentation in EMR.
