Stratus Team, LLC is seeking an EEG Setup Technician to perform in-home diagnostic testing and prepare reports for physician interpretations. You will place electrodes accurately, educate patients, and ensure safe setup of EEG equipment and cameras in the home.

Responsibilities include coordinating with families, traveling to multiple sites (up to 95%), and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols. CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered EEG Tech credentialing by ABRET and/or Joint Commission experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 95% and drive to multiple locations, including out of state.

Responsabilités

• Perform EEG testing in patients' homes with proper electrode placement.
• Ensure all procedures are completed in an organized, efficient manner.
• Interact with patients and families to put them at ease.
• Set up EEG equipment and cameras, ensuring safety and accuracy of readings.
• Educate patients on EKG procedures if ordered.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
• Inventory management and proper storage of equipment after use.
• Verify patient information at time of disconnect and after studies.
