Job summary

Stratus in Brunswick, GA seeks an EEG Set-Up Technician to perform in-home diagnostic testing, place electrodes accurately, and educate patients on the process. The role requires traveling to multiple locations—up to 95%—including out-of-state visits, with emphasis on safety and data accuracy.

You will set up EEG equipment and cameras, handle possible EKG testing, disconnect and disinfect gear, and ensure timely upload of study results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BRNT ABRET credentialing or Joint Commission experience a plus.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to travel up to 95% and drive long distances.

Responsibilities

• Perform EEG testing in patients' homes with proper electrode placement.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and safety.
• Set up EEG equipment and cameras to ensure reading accuracy and safety.
• Set up EKG testing if ordered and disconnect equipment safely.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines; clean and disinfect equipment.
