Stratus seeks an EEG Set Up Technician to perform in-home diagnostic testing. You will place electrodes accurately, educate patients, and ensure safety of EEG equipment in patients' homes while maintaining data integrity and HIPAA compliance.

You will also set up EKG if ordered, test equipment, manage inventory, and ensure proper disconnection and cleaning of devices. Travel up to 95% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or GED; CPR certification preferred.
• Must be able to travel extensively to patient homes (up to 95%).
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and home healthcare protocols is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform EEG testing in patients' homes with proper electrode placement to minimize skin breakdown.
• Set up EEG equipment and cameras ensuring patient safety and reading accuracy.
• Educate patients on procedures, EKG if ordered, and emergency buttons.
• Take pertinent patient history across ages and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain inventory for in-home studies and ensure studies are uploaded promptly.
• Verify patient information at disconnect and follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
• Disinfect, clean, and store equipment per company protocols.
