Job summary

Stratus is seeking an EEG Set-Up Technician to conduct in-home EEG testing in Richmond, VA, with up to 95% travel. You will place electrodes accurately, educate patients, and ensure safety and data integrity.

The role requires a high school diploma, credentialing or strong progress toward EEG tech certification, exceptional customer service, and strict HIPAA adherence. Travel-heavy field position with remote and in-home work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered EEG Tech credentialing (ABRET/JCAHO) preferred or eligible.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform EEG testing in patients' homes with proper electrode placement.
• Ensure procedures are completed efficiently and safely.
• Educate patients on EEG/EKG processes and device use.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and sanitize equipment between cases.
• Upload completed studies promptly and verify patient information at disconnect.
