• Must demonstrate understanding of medical terminology and work with families, physicians, therapists, and pharmacists.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Must be flexible to work in home-based environments and adapt to client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home residential support to individuals with ID/DD.
• Assist with budgeting and money management.
• Help with hygienic and household tasks.
• Engage in social activities and community access.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals.
• Document daily progress notes and quarterly reports.
• Follow ISPs and attend trainings and supervision sessions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and assist with conflict resolution.
