Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist for West Elm in Annapolis, MD. You will inspire customers to express their style and bring the shopping experience to a seamless close at the cash wrap, while promoting ongoing engagement with our brand.

You’ll consult clients in-store and in-home, create design plans, and stay current on promotions to help meet sales targets. This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and strong communication in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience
• Strong communication and clienteling skills
• Ability to coordinate complex orders across sales channels

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations to drive store sales
• Perform in-home consultations and measure living spaces
• Create and present design plans based on client needs
• Maintain knowledge of promotions to achieve sales goals
• Provide World-class service including gift wrap, registry, special orders, and furniture orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment
