Job summary

Pottery Barn in Maple Grove seeks a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers to express themselves in their home. You will complete sales at the cash wrap and promote continued engagement with the Brand.

You will conduct in-home consultations, create design plans, and demonstrate product knowledge to drive store sales while delivering world-class service. Full-time role with varied shifts and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.
• Experience in design preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Measure spaces and create design plans based on client needs.
• Present design plans and promote brand engagement.
• Stay informed on current promotions to meet sales goals.
• Provide special services such as gift wrap, registry, and orders.
