Job summary

Pottery Barn is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers to express themselves in their homes. You will bring the shopping experience to a seamless close by assisting customers and completing sales at the cash wrap.

You will present design plans based on client needs, stay current on promotions, and deliver World-class service while coordinating orders and supporting post-sale engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clienteling skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex orders across channels.
• Experience with design elements preferred.
• Proven multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in consultations to design living spaces and drive store sales.
• Conduct in-home consultations and measure living spaces as needed.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions to achieve sales goals.
• Provide world-class service including gifts, registry, catalog orders, and deliveries.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
