Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist for Pottery Barn to inspire customers to express their style at home. You will guide clients in-store and in-home, close sales at the cash wrap, and promote ongoing engagement with the Brand.

You will demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment, coordinate complex orders, and provide world-class service including gift options, registries, and special orders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clienteling skills are essential.
• Ability to complete and coordinate large orders across sales channels.
• Experience in design or home decor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Measure and assess living spaces during in-home consultations.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
