Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and guide them from design concept to sale at the Pottery Barn brand.

You will conduct one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home, presenting tailored design plans and ensuring a seamless shopping experience across channels. The role requires strong communication, clienteling skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering World-class service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.
• Experience with design elements and home styling preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Conduct productive in-home consultations including measuring and space assessment.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions to achieve sales goals.
• Support services such as gift wrap, registry, catalog orders, and furniture orders.
