Pottery Barn is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap. You will assist clients in-store and in-home consultations, measure spaces, and create design plans aligned with their style and living areas.

Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, leveraging current promotions, and coordinating complex orders across multiple channels while maintaining excellent product knowledge of the design studio collection.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clienteling skills are required.
• Ability to follow up with customers and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in retail sales and delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and in-home consultations to drive sales.
• Measure and assess living spaces; create design plans based on client needs and style.
