Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist for Pottery Barn. You will inspire customers to express themselves in their home and guide them to complete sales at the cash wrap, while promoting ongoing engagement with the Brand.

You will demonstrate superior product knowledge and provide world-class service, helping with gift services, orders, and special requests, to meet sales and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of sales channels.
• Experience in working with the elements of design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in-store and in-home with design of living spaces to drive store sales.
• Conduct in-home consultations including measuring and assessing client spaces.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
