Closet Factory is seeking an In-Home Sales Designer in the Bay Area. You will meet with homeowners, understand their needs, measure spaces, design customized solutions, and guide them from idea to a completed project.

This consultative sales role blends design, client consultation, and project management, with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching. A flexible work schedule and in-house support accompany competitive earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• The confidence to guide clients through a purchasing decision and ask for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand needs, priorities, style, and budget.
• Evaluate and measure spaces.
• Create customized designs tailored to each client.
• Present designs and recommendations and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams through manufacturing and installation.
