Closet Factory, a Bay Area design-build firm, is seeking an In-Home Sales Designer to meet homeowners, design tailored spaces, and guide them from consultation to installation.

You will evaluate space, create custom designs, select materials, present proposals, and coordinate with manufacturing and installation teams, while building your client base.

100% commission with uncapped earnings and ongoing training support a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Ability to guide clients through a purchasing decision.
• Organized with time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Comfort with learning new software.
• Drive to develop referrals and new business.
• Eye for design and ability to visualize possibilities.

Responsibilities
