West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Design Consultant to deliver the company’s sales method, secure customer agreements, and guide homeowners through remodel projects in Knoxville, TN. You will work a rotating schedule with weekday and weekend blocks, handling warm leads with a high-close, one-call process.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Sales experience preferred; retail/hospitality/customer-facing backgrounds acceptable.
• Smartphone required to log into company systems (two-factor authentication).

Responsabilités

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule.
• Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Weeks 3–4: Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Sales appointments typically ~2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
