Job summary
La-Z-Boy Incorporated seeks an innovative leader to run the In-Home Design program, translating client needs into actionable design concepts and supporting sales with design expertise. You will conduct in-home consultations, develop inspiring spaces, and reinforce the brand through premium furniture selections and cohesive styling.

Qualifications
- Experience in design, home furnishings, or client-focused retail is a plus.
- Strong eye for color, texture, and layout.
- Comfort translating client needs into actionable design concepts.
Responsibilities
- Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program to draft design solutions and present customized portfolios to meet client requirements and sales goals.
- Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and vision for their space.
- Coach and support sales teams to improve design culture, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure execution of operational excellence.
- Translate client lifestyle and budget into actionable design recommendations.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure smooth administrative procedures.
