La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Beavercreek, OH is seeking an Interior Designer to design beautiful spaces for clients, combine premium furniture, fabrics, and decor, and provide professional design consultations including layout planning and product recommendations.

You will partner with Sales Associates to understand client style and budget, translate lifestyle into design concepts, and present cohesive looks. This role offers uncapped commissions and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in design or sales.
• Experience in design, home furnishings, or client-focused retail is a plus.
• Ability to work with clients to translate needs into design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Promote La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and present customized portfolios.
• Achieve annual design sales goals and coaching of sales teams.
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs.
• Provide coaching to sales managers to improve design culture and knowledge.
• Create design concepts with finish selections, furnishings and decor.
• Translate lifestyle and budget into actionable recommendations.
