You will design spaces with premium furniture, fabrics, and décor, delivering professional recommendations and cohesive looks that balance comfort with style.

You’ll partner with Sales Associates, receive ongoing design training, and enjoy exclusive employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–3 years in sales or interior design, residential emphasis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365; CAD programs; strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and present customized portfolio solutions.
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and space requirements.
• Provide design consultations, including layout planning and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with store and sales teams to improve design culture and sales performance.
