Reliable Heating & Air is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor in Fayetteville, GA to drive revenue by generating leads and converting them into clients for whole-home solutions. You will assist installers, prepare quotes, and design HVAC systems in homes and businesses.

This is a 100% commission role, with compensation based entirely on performance and sales results. Night/weekend availability and a strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of in-home sales experience with a proven track record.
• Understanding of HVAC components, building codes, and energy efficiency.
• Ability to engineer a job, perform heat load calculations and size equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must pass MVR and maintain a good driving record; able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients, assess needs, and present tailored whole home solutions.
• Source new clients, re-engage leads, and close contracts.
• Evaluate layouts to recommend equipment and prepare proposals.
• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships through project duration.
• Maintain company vehicle and support administrative staff as needed.
