Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of in-home sales with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of HVAC components, building codes, and energy efficiency.
• Ability to engineer a job, perform heat load calculations and determine equipment sizing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
