Cool Air Mechanical is seeking a Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners in the Atlanta area. You’ll meet clients in their homes, assess heating and cooling needs, and design tailored solutions that fit lifestyle and budget while educating on energy efficiency and system performance to drive value for customers and your career.

With 5+ years of sales experience, you’ll build relationships, close deals, and manage projects from proposal to installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, proven ability to close deals.
• Strong ability to build authentic relationships with residential customers.
• Able to guide customers to home comfort solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Comfort working in attics/crawlspaces and lifting objects.
• Stable work history with consistent success.
• Demonstrates motivation, integrity, and physical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Meet homeowners to assess HVAC needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on products, services, options.
• Serve as primary contact and conduct follow-up visits for satisfaction.
• Develop accurate, transferable sales proposals for installation team.
• Negotiate and close projects to meet budgeted goals.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate with office and installation teams for project execution.
• Attend meetings and participate in trainings.
• Maintain licenses or certifications.
• Occasional evenings or weekends.
• Professional on job sites and when driving company vehicles.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
