Job summary

Family Life care is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our in-home care team. You will provide compassionate, professional support to patients in their own homes, helping with daily living activities and health monitoring.

We offer flexible assignments across the community, including long‑term care and recovery support. A valid Florida CNA license or 75‑hour HHA certificate, CPR, and a driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate from an approved school
• Current CPR certification
• Driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Current TB test with negative results
• Ability to pass Level II background check
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Strong observational skills for monitoring patient conditions
• Ability to perform meals, laundry, and light cleaning duties
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Maintain cleanliness in the home and help with light housekeeping
• Provide memory care support and promote cognitive engagement
