Job summary

Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to join our team providing compassionate in-home care across Florida. You will perform ADL assistance, meal prep, observation, and social engagement in clients’ homes.

Prospective candidates should hold a Florida CNA license or a 75-hour HHA cert, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. Background checks and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate from a state-approved school.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance are required.
• TB test with negative results on file.
• Able to pass Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals and customize meals to dietary needs.
• Monitor health status and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping including cleaning and laundry.
• Offer memory care support and ensure safety for clients with cognitive issues.
