Job summary

Family Life care, Inc. in Florida seeks dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our in-home care team. You will provide compassionate, professional care in patients' homes and help with daily living activities.

You can choose from long-term care or post-injury recovery assignments. We tailor schedules to your needs, serving children through seniors, including veterans, with a patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate from a State-approved school.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
• Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions.
• Ability to perform meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning duties.
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills to interact with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure clients receive nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs.
• Perform patient observation to monitor changes in health status and report any concerns to healthcare providers.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness in the client's living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Provide memory care support for clients with cognitive impairments, ensuring safety and promoting cognitive engagement.
