Zusammenfassung

Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home care across Florida. You will support patients with ADLs, meals, mobility, and cognitive engagement while following individualized care plans.

We offer flexible assignments including long-term care and recovery support, with the ability to schedule around your needs. Florida-certified CNAs/HHA license or 75-hour HHA required, CPR, driver’s license, and a

Qualifikationen

Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate.
Current CPR certification.
Driver's license and vehicle insurance.
TB test with negative results.
Ability to pass Level II background check.
Home health care experience preferred but not required.
Strong observation, communication, and compassion.
Able to perform ADLs, meal prep, laundry, and light cleaning.

Aufgaben

Assist clients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
Monitor health status and report changes to providers.
Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
Maintain clean living environment with light housekeeping.
Provide memory care support and ensure safety.
Work independently following care plans.
