Job summary

Family Life care in Florida is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) for in‑home care. You will assist clients with ADLs, prepare meals, monitor health, provide companionship, and help with light housekeeping across community homes.

Applicants must have a valid Florida CNA license or 75‑hour HHA certificate, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and a background check. Prior home health experience is a plus, and you will work with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida CNA license or a 75-hour HHA certificate.
• CPR certification required and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Prepare meals and tailor nutrition to dietary needs.
• Monitor health changes and report concerns to providers.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Perform light housekeeping including laundry and cleaning.
• Offer memory care support and ensure client safety.
