Job summary

Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home care across Florida. Work with varied assignments, including long-term care and recovery support, with scheduling built around your needs.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida CNA license or HHA certificate, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Prior home health care experience is preferred, but not mandatory, and reliable, punctual staff who follow care plans are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong observation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
• Monitor health status and report changes to providers.
• Provide companionship to support mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain client home cleanliness, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Support memory care and ensure client safety.
