Job summary

Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home care to patients in Florida, offering flexible assignments that include long-term care and post-illness recovery. You will schedule around your needs and support clients from children to seniors, including veterans.

Responsibilities include ADLs, meals, observation, companionship, light housekeeping, and memory care support, all performed in clients' homes with a compassionate and independent approach.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate from a Florida-approved school.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritious dietary needs are met.
• Observe patients and report health changes to providers.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities to support wellbeing.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean living environment.
• Provide memory care support and ensure safety for clients with cognitive impairments.
