Job summary

Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate home health care across our community in Florida. You will assist with ADLs, meals, mobility, and safety while working closely with families and healthcare providers.

This role offers flexible assignments including long-term care and recovery support. Candidates must hold a Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate, CPR, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and be able to pass a Level II background check.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate (approved through the State of Florida)
• Current CPR Certification
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Current TB test with negative results
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare meals and ensure clients receive nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs
• Perform patient observation to monitor changes in health status and report concerns to healthcare providers
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Maintain cleanliness in the client's living environment (light housekeeping, laundry)
• Provide memory care support for clients with cognitive impairments, ensuring safety and cognitive engagement
