Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home care across Florida.

You will assist clients with ADLs, prepare meals, monitor health, offer companionship, and maintain a clean living space while following care plans.

Licensed CNAs or 75-hour HA certificates, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check are required; previous home health experience is valued.

Formación

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate from a Florida-approved school.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass Level II background check per Florida AHCA.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure clients receive nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs.
• Perform patient observation to monitor changes in health status and report concerns to healthcare providers.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness in the client's living environment with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Provide memory care support for clients with cognitive impairments, ensuring safety and promoting cognitive engagement.
