Job summary

Family Life care is seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to join our in-home care team across Florida. You will provide compassionate, professional care in patients' homes, tailoring support to individual needs and care plans.

Flexible assignments include long-term care and recovery support, with scheduling tailored around your availability. Required Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate from a state-approved school.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass Level II background check.
• Experience in home health care preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritious dietary intake.
• Monitor health status and report changes to providers.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Maintain home cleanliness and light housekeeping.
• Provide memory care support and ensure safety.
