Job summary

Family Life Care seeks dedicated CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home care across the community in Florida. You will assist with ADLs, meals, and mobility, while monitoring health and offering companionship in clients' homes.

Flexibility with schedules, memory care support, and a strong caregiving mindset are essential. Prior home health experience is a plus but not mandatory, with CPR and a valid Florida license required.

Qualifications

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Monitor health status and report concerns to healthcare providers.
• Provide companionship and engage clients.
• Light housekeeping and laundry at client home.
• Memory care support for cognitive impairments.
• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Level II background check education & Awareness Florida AHCA.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow care plans.

Responsibilities
