Job summary

Family Life care is seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients across Florida. You will assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, monitor health, offer companionship, and help with light housekeeping while promoting safety and well‑being.

Flexible scheduling supports work–life balance, and prior home health experience is valued. CPR certification and a Florida license or approved certificate are required.

Qualifications

Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate from an approved program
Current CPR Certification
Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
Current TB test with negative results
Able to pass Level II background check
Experience in home health care or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Prepare meals and ensure nutrition tailored to dietary needs
Monitor health status and report concerns to healthcare providers
Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
Maintain client living environment through light housekeeping and laundry
Provide memory care support and promote safety and cognitive engagement
