Job summary

Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to join our team in Florida. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assisting with daily living activities, meals, safety monitoring, and memory care for clients in their own homes.

We offer flexible assignments across long-term care and post-acute recovery, allowing schedules to fit your needs while delivering quality patient-focused care in diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check per Florida AHCA.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Monitor health status and report changes to providers.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Light housekeeping including cleaning and laundry.
• Provide memory care support for cognitive clients.
