Job summary

With A Little Help is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to provide one-on-one senior care in clients’ homes in the Greater Seattle Area. You’ll help clients stay independent, safe, and connected while enjoying flexible hours and meaningful work.

This role supports compassionate, dependable individuals with caregiving experience. A smartphone is required for scheduling and documentation; CNA/HCA certification is preferred but not required.

About the Role

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one senior care in clients’ homes — helping them stay independent, safe, and connected.

You will:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
• Help with errands or appointments (driving is a plus, not required)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable individuals with a positive attitude
• 6+ months of caregiving or related experience preferred (not required)
• All availability welcome; daytime availability highly preferred
• Smartphone required for scheduling and care documentation
• CNA or HCA preferred, but not requiredMust be willing to obtain state-required Home Care Aide (HCA) certification within required timeline if not already certified
• Bonus (not required): Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle for transporting clients
